Shipping policy

All ebook and audiobook products are electronic and will be delivered via email when the transaction is processed. They will be emailed to the email used at checkout. 

Paperback books will be shipped within 20 business days using the shipping you choose at check out. This longer window accommodates Kaci's writing deadlines as she is the one who personally ships all books.
